The ancient Egyptian and the Roman civilizations are considered among the greatest civilizations that passed on the face of the earth.
A confrontation occurred between the two great civilizations, which was in the era of Queen Cleopatra VII, the Egyptian civilization was not at its best, unlike the Romans, they were in their strongest period.
Therefore, the Romans occupied Egypt, despite that, Romans respected the ancient Egyptian a lot, and one of the manifestations of this respect is what happened in Dendera Temple complex the Temple of Hathor.

HATHOR (Turquoise lady -  Fayrouz lady )
Hathor is the goddess of the sky, love, beauty, money, happiness, music, and fertility.
Egyptians made it sometimes in the form of a cow, and sometimes in the form of a woman with cow's ears or two horns on her head.

The Roman emperors wanted to win the respect  of the Egyptian people, so they studied their civilization well and knew that the ruler of Egypt takes his authority from the god Hathor.
Therefore, the Roman emperors were making offerings to the god Hathor in order to take the authority from her to rule, and this appears in the Dendera Temple (Hathor).
Among these emperors were Domitian and Trajan .

So, I found that the goddess Hathor is the greatest evidence of the respect of Romans for the Egyptian civilization, and the most inspiring thing was the (Nut Chapel ceiling ) from Temple of Hathor in Dendera.
Nut (goddess)
is the goddess of the sky, stars, cosmos, mothers, astronomy, and the universe in the ancient Egyptian religion.
Nut at Dendera Nut Chapel ceiling
In this wonderful ceiling, the god Nut (the sky goddess ) swallows the sun then takes it out to shine on Temple of Hathor. Hence, I tried to be inspired by the body shape of the goddess Nut and her proportions, whether from the shape of her two hands being close to each other or her dress inlaid with the distinctive pattern.
